Return/Refund Policy

You must send a clear unboxing video showing the issue (from package opening to the end).

• The video must be recorded without any cuts or edits.
• the return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
  The product must be and in its original condition.
  

❌ No Return/Refund will be processed if:

• Video proof is not provided.
• The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• Return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

💰 Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days after approval.
